Our chefs menu’s are based on the fact, that we keep pushing our supplier and farmer relationships, allowing us to find more ingredients, that we then allow chef to tinker with in our kitchen.
These menus are mostly in the 6 to 8 course range and are cooked and directed by the chef. He takes and extra keen interest in the whole process, while the rest of the team deals with our usual a la carte service.
The price range is on average RM 175 to 225,– for the above 6 to 8 courses plus service charge.
This personal touch is the key, as we like to think of our chefs menu’s as a part of our more custom made and “gastronomic” playground. Where we often use more hedonistic ingredients and culinary techniques.
We aim to make these meals a bit of a different experience, so we always offer the opportunity to have some of our more unique cocktails and wines be a part of these evenings too.
